Have a load calculation prepared to ensure your house has the correct size HVAC System.  Either new or replacement, the size is usually too large and does the opposite that you expect it to.  Too big a system can create problems and doesn’t ensure your house will be cool in the hot summer. Anytime during December 2008, regardless of the size of the house or your location, we will perform a Manual J load calculation for $150.
